Technology

OneStep™ GTL, OneStep™ BTX, and Iso-Boost™

Patented low-hydrogen, high-efficiency Gas-to-Liquid (GTL), Gas-to-Reformate (GTR), and Toluene Dis-Proportionation (TDP) and Trans-Alkylation (TA) catalysis technologies

What is OneStep catalysis?

OneStep is a patented step-change improvement over Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) chemistry for gas-to-liquid (GTL) conversion with 40% of the CapEx and 50% of the OpEx of Fischer-Tropsch systems and an interchangeable back-end to any system producing SynGas.

How is OneStep™ important for the Energy Transition?

OneStep is suitable for any syngas conversion process, including legacy reactors or Seaquest Energy Corporation reactors, yielding traditional transportation fuels or Benzene, Toluene, and Xylene (BTX) chemicals while requiring half of the hydrogen of competing technologies or utilizing twice the carbon dioxide of competing technologies.

CO2 Avoidance

Seaquest replaces crude oil with renewable feedstocks for high-efficiency low Hydrogen Gas to Liquid (GTL) fuels avoiding the CO2 and sulfur emissions from both upstream production and downstream utilization.

CO2 Utilization For Fuel Synthesis

For industries that have traditionally been hard to decarbonize, Seaquest Energy Corporation provides an immediate Energy Transition option for the largest sources of scope 1, 2, & 3 emissions through synthetic fuels and chemicals that enable customers to decarbonize and transition simultaneously without equipment or infrastructure modifications.
